Our President and CEO, Dr. Kelley Eaves-Boykin, transitioned from a successful career in management and IT training to lead a project management start-up's IT division. When the start-up faced challenges and she became unpaid, her experience inspired a vision to help professionals like herself—experienced, skilled, but overlooked. This vision led her and 3 others to create West 7th Talent Management and Consulting, aiming to address the needs of individuals and organizations seeking results-driven transformation.

Despite initial setbacks, Dr. Eaves-Boykin's unwavering passion and dedication brought Kwin Consulting to life. In October 2018, changing the name from West 7th Talent Management and Consulting to Kwin Consulting, she rebranded. and refocused the company, laying the foundation for its future success. Today, Kwin Consulting continues to empower leaders, teams, and organizations through strategic HR,  learning and development, coaching, and talent optimization solutions.
