Kwin-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling
Kwin Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment (fewer than five participants) or events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the training session.
For any session cancelled by Kwin Consulting, registered participants will receive one of the following options:
Please note that Kwin Consulting is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses as a result of a cancellation.
Participant Cancellations
If a participant needs to cancel their registration, written notice must be provided at least two (2) business days prior to the training start date. Eligible cancellations will receive a transfer credit in the form of a voucher valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original class date.
Cancellations received less than two (2) business days prior to the training or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or voucher.
