At Kwin Consulting, we strive to deliver high-quality, impactful training experiences. We understand that plans can change and are committed to working with our clients to provide flexible and fair solutions.

Kwin-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling
Kwin Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment (fewer than five participants) or events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the training session.

For any session cancelled by Kwin Consulting, registered participants will receive one of the following options:

• Full Refund: The full registration fee will be refunded via the original payment method within three (3) business days.
• Reschedule Option: Participants may transfer their registration to a future session of the same course. A redeemable voucher with instructions will be issued and must be used within twelve (12) months.
• Alternative Training: Participants may apply the registration fee toward a different Kwin Consulting training of equal value within twelve (12) months.
• On-Demand Recording: If available, participants may opt to receive an on-demand recording of the session, equivalent to the original value paid.

Please note that Kwin Consulting is not responsible for any costs incurred due to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses as a result of a cancellation.

Participant Cancellations
If a participant needs to cancel their registration, written notice must be provided at least two (2) business days prior to the training start date. Eligible cancellations will receive a transfer credit in the form of a voucher valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original class date.

Cancellations received less than two (2) business days prior to the training or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or voucher.
